To subscribe to Vuvaa as a user or Merchant:

  • You can subscribe to Vuvaa for making payments by going to www.vuvaa.com and sign up by clicking the Become a Merchant button.
  • Once your Vuvaa account is approved by an administrator, you can begin setup of your goods and services on the platform.
  • Clients can now see your products and make payment

What kind of merchants can use Vuvaa for collection?

Merchants that can use Vuvaa for collection includes the following:

How can I/my organization use Vuvaa for Collection?

Your organization will be registered and signed up on Vuvaa platform as a merchant. Vuvaa [COLLECTION] is anchored on major payment switches/gateway in Nigeria. Vuvaa [COLLECTION] has been integrated to Interswitch, eTranzact, and VISA platforms on the Web. It has also been integrated to NIBSS and eTranzact Fundgate/Mobile Money Platform (PocketMoni) on Instant Payment service (Account to Account transfer). Thus your organization will be able to make collections such as school fees via the Web, ATM and POS on the platform. Collection can also be done at Bank branches through Account to Account transfer on NIBSS/eTranzact platform.

Yes, you can have your personal recharge account on Vuvaa by signing up as a user which will enable you make payments or transfer funds as an individual.

Cost of Integration is free. However, transaction cost for the use of Vuvaa for Collection on the Web, ATM and POS is very flexible and competitive.

What are the Vuvaa requirements to make money transfer to any bank in Nigeria?

Vuvaa requires your login details and as well as the Second Factor Authentication (2FA) like a One Time Transfer Pin sent to your registered phone number to do money transfer to any bank in Nigeria.

Any form of fund transfer from Vuvaa.com account to another bank account and one bank account to another bank account domiciled in Nigeria. These include all forms of payments such as salaries, bills, bonuses, vendors and contractors, loans etc.

Do I require using a specific bank to be signed up on Vuvaa.com?

No, Vuvaa works with any Nigerian bank of your choice.

SERVICE CHARGES AND VALIDITY

You agree to pay the Service Charges prescribed by Vuvaa.com in the form and manner prescribed for such payment. At any time Vuvaa.com may at its discretion, change, amend, increase, or reduce the Service Charges without prior information or consent to the Customer.

Values in your Wallet or online bank transaction platform that is utilized towards making payments for any Transaction shall be automatically debited from you.

Vuvaa.com reserves the right to levy charges/ charge commission upon any amounts loaded upon your Wallet or any amounts spent.

PLEASE NOTE: This charge is on the total amount being deducted and not on the amount being transferred Wallet.ng reserves the right to set off any balance in your Wallet in order to recover funds for transactions processed as per your request.

MERCHANT ACCOUNT

A merchant Account is operated or run by a business or corporate organisation. It is recommended for organizations that primarily sell goods, services or accept donations, even if your business is not incorporated. By opening up a business account, you certify to us that you are using it primarily for a business or commercial purpose and also consent to Wallet.ng submitting your personal and business information to a reporting agency whenever we reasonably believe there may be an increased level of risk associated with your business account

A merchant account must choose a reasonably descriptive user name that clearly identifies its your Business Name. This name will appear on the payer’s account statement. If a transaction dispute results from your failure to use a reasonably descriptive user name, you agree to indemnify Vuvaa.com for any costs incurred from such dispute.

IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Vuvaa.com may request additional information from you at any time. We may also require a government issued identification such as a passport or driver’s license, or a business license such as a certificate of Incorporation Vuvaa.com may also ask for permission to inspect your business location. If you refuse any of these requests, your account may be terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account of any user who provides inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information required under this Agreement.

SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

All services on Vuvaa.com are classified into two (2)

  1. Direct Consumable Service: These are services that are delivered to you immediately successful payment is made. These include airtime, bill payments (Energy Vending, Pay TV). With the measures that we have put in place, we do not expect any failure in the delivery of these services. However, in case of prolonged delays in delivery, kindly contact our Customer Care for support and we will investigate the transaction(s) and contact you within twenty-four (24) hours.
  2. Extended Services: These are services that are provided by our various merchants on Vuvaa.com who have been screened and investigated to make sure that they are credible and do not support in any way whatsoever fraudulent activities or dubious businesses. Vuvaa.com is strictly a payment site and we assume that you would have been aware of the service you are being offered and asked to pay for. However, we have an agreement with our merchants to ensure that all services they offer are delivered within the time specified to the individual customers. In case of prolonged delays in service delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care.

REFUND AND RETURNS

All successful transactions for account recharge on Vuvaa.com are non-refundable. However, Vuvaa.com gives you the opportunity to transfer the money to your bank account or any account of your choice.

CANCELLATION

At any point during the transaction before successful completion, you have the liberty to cancel the transaction. However, once you confirm the transaction and you get a success report, the transaction cannot be reversed.

FORCE MAJEURE

If the usage of this site or any obligation under it is prevented, restricted or interfered with by reason of circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Vuvva.com, Please understand that we will be excused from performance to the extent of the prevention, restriction, or interference, but Vuvaa.com shall use its best endeavours to avoid or remove the causes of non-performance and shall continue performance with utmost dispatch whenever such causes are removed or diminished.

WAIVER

The liability for the usage of the website shall not be impaired or discharged by reason of any time or grace or other indulgence being granted by a party or any forbearance by a party to insist upon its strict rights hereunder. No right under this contract shall be deemed to have been waived except in writing signed by the parties hereto and waiver of any particular right in a particular instance shall not constitute or be deemed a waiver of any other right.
